About This Role:

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills, creating win/win environments for all clients and/or parties for which he or she mutually collaborates. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent day-to-day agency client experience as well as coordinate Facebook advertising campaigns overseen by the CEO, to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients

  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

  • Aid clients in achieving their goals

  • Precise implementation, optimization and management of daily Facebook advertising campaigns and sales funnels of our proven system for client

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in client management / coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented and analytical

  • Demonstrated ability to increase client satisfaction and retention

  • Technically savvy, but doesn't have to have prior experience running ads since you'll be replicating our system. Just not scared of tech, detail oriented as it says above and willing to learn!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3 - 5 years entry-level experience in client management

  • Equivalent internship experience

Additional Details:

Full-Time Contract: While this position is a contract position, it is full-time (40/hrs per week) and considered to be a long-term commitment for the right person and will be a fully remote role.

Starting Annual Pay Equivalent Range (BOE): $101,000 - $150,000 + Client Retention Bonus Potential
