Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Keep abreast of emerging behaviors, technologies, and brands that affect client’s businesses

  • Interpret client marketing strategies into media recommendations that drive results

  • Collaborate with and support the brand strategy, creative and content teams to define project objectives, KPIs and strategic digital approach

  • Conduct research to identify digital channels for campaigns, staying aware of channel limitations and trends 

  • Build and develop strategic multi-channel digital marketing plans   

  • Lead the implementation and provide expert support for digital marketing campaigns

  • Proactively recommend changes to plans to continuously improve results

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance 

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • A/B test custom audiences, placements and creative assets to improve CPA

  • Compile data across several digital platforms to create monthly reports, analyzing performance metrics to provide insights and optimizations for future campaigns

  • Present insights and analytics reports to clients 

  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace

  • Schedule email marketing campaigns

  • Drive thought leadership of general SEO, email marketing, and digital media strategy

  • Stay up to date on search engine best practices 

  • Understand technical SEO requirements to inform implementation

  • Perform search engine optimization tasks, including implementation, monitoring and reporting performance

  • Collaborate with platform and other vendor partners

  • Maintain expert certifications on digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and emerging media channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid and organic social campaigns

  • 2+ years of experience in search engine marketing and optimization (Google products) 

  • Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology (like Google Analytics, Shopify and Amazon Store)

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and data literacy skills

  • Strong organizational and communications skills to be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Keynote and Google products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs); data visualization tools experience is a plus

  • Exhibits strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus

  • Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
